MSLGROUP has cracked the top 3 for 2015 in the industry’s only global creativity index, jumping two ranks. According to the Holmes Creativity Index just published, MSLGROUP jumped ahead of Edelman and Ketchum and trailed only Weber Shandwick and Ogilvy PR. The index compiles results from more than 25 award programs from around the world over a 12-month period. Scores were weighted according to a Holmes Report formula that placed particular emphasis on Best of Show winners.
MSLGROUP’s success was powered by the Always #LikeAGirl campaign which has won 37 awards in competition around the globe, including 7 Grand Prixes. It won two Cannes Lions in PR, including the PR Grand Prix. Asia’s strong showing in the Stevie Awards and the MSLGROUP showing in the regional Holmes SABRE Awards in Asia, EMEA and North America also contributed to the Index. This was MSLGROUP’s strongest showing ever on the index since it was created four years ago.
Sister firm Leo Burnett also ranked 7 on the Creativity Index.
The Creativity Index is the only one of its kind for clients, new business prospects and agencies to measure the comparable creativity power of agency brands and is an indication of the growing importance of award programs in the Big Data era.
