Our London-based agency SAS has bagged an award at the UK Graduate Recruitment Social Media Conference & Awards held recently.
‘Learn Business Fast’
Unilever wanted to address the perennial issue of attracting top graduate candidates to specialist roles in supply chain, IT and finance. However, the truth was that too many graduates simply do not understand FMCG.
To tackle this, Unilever, with the help of SAS, re-engineered the message and content of its career portal to address very specific business and audience needs aimed at Generation Y. The campaign, with the tagline ‘Learn business fast’, was focused on rapid career development for the youth.
The new campaign showcased Unilever’s dynamic, global business with amazing brands and a unique world-class ‘Future Leaders’ programme, using creative expression, high quality video, an engaging social media presence and comprehensive web-based information.
Given the importance of the internship schemes, Unilever’s first year business challenge was revamped and aligned to the proposition. A strengthened focus on internal engagement would ensure the business is fully behind the new campaign.
